We remind you that minors are not allowed in the rooms (even accompanied). Special case: Cannes Ecrans Juniors sessions (accessible from 13 years) and accredited school groups.

You have obtained a “Cinéphile” accreditation for the next edition of the Cannes Film Festival. This accreditation allows free access to the screenings organized by Cannes Cinéma as part of the Cannes Cinéphiles operation, in the following locations: the theatre La Licorne, the cinema Studio 13, the cinema Raimu, the theater Alexandre III. You can discover the program of the Cannes selections: the Official Selection (Competition, Un Certain Regard, Out of Competition, Special Screenings, Cannes Classics…), the parallel selections (the Quinzaine des Cinéastes, the Semaine de la Critique, the Association du Cinéma Indépendant pour sa Diffusion (ACID) and the CCAS programming: Visions Sociales

A single online ticket office allows accredited persons to reserve seats for screenings on the dedicated website: https://ticketonline.festival-cannes.com

To access a screening, a ticket will be required, no entry will be possible without a ticket or after the start of the film (even for ticket holders). 

  • Ticket holders must arrive between 40 minutes (not before) and 10 minutes before the session for security checks and ticket scanning. With a ticket, access is guaranteed. There will be no “last minute” line, if you do not have a ticket, do not show up in the rooms (accredited or not).

The seats can be booked from 4 days before each session and up to 10 minutes before the start of the session (thanks to your smartphone).

>>> In case of unforeseen events, you can easily cancel your tickets on the site, up to 30 minutes before the session (maximum). Without cancellation, the place will be lost for other cinephiles and a penalty will be automatically applied by the system on your profile. >>>

This box office will also allow accredited “Cinephiles” to book tickets in the other halls of the festival (the halls of the Palais des Festivals and the Cinéum for the official selection, the Théâtre Croisette for the Quinzaine des Cinéastes, the Miramar space for the Semaine de la Critique and the Arcades for the ACID) to the extent of seats available and via the online ticketing.

You do not have accreditation for the next edition of the Cannes Film Festival, access is still possible to participate. Indeed, non-accredited persons must create a «general public» personal account on the online ticketing :

CANNES CINEPHILES AND LA SEMAINE DE LA CRITIQUE

Log in to your personal account on the online ticketing and 24 hours before each session, seats not reserved by the accredited will be offered.  You can book tickets to the Théâtre Alexandre III, La Licorne, Raimu and Studio 13 (for Cannes Cinéphiles) and Miramar (for La Semaine de la Critique).

Several options are available to non-accredited students:

Cannes Cinéma opens the doors of Cannes Cinéphiles to high school classes (from 16 years old) with a cinema activity during the year (cinema section, club, high school students at the cinema…) at the Théâtre La Licorne (in Cannes-la-Bocca) only for the sessions of 9h, 11h and 14h.

Please note that places reserved by school groups will only be insured up to 15 minutes before the start of the session. Once this deadline is exceeded, the tickets will be reassigned to the cinephile public. In addition, each entry must be done in a group and supervised by the accompanying teachers.

From 1 February, teachers can pre-register their class (subject to availability), by sending the following information by email to olivia.giangreco@cannes-cinema.com :

  •  
  • the name of the institution;
  • desired dates and times;
  • the number of students over 16 who will attend the sessions;
  • the class level of the students attending the sessions;
  • the number of attendants to attend;
  • the group leader (email + mobile number) who will attend the sessions;
  • a word from the Headmaster who clearly attests: “The students of the establishment “NAME” regularly attend cinema sessions all year round (put the details of the device) and will all be 16 years old at the Cannes Festival. I therefore take responsibility, with the accompanying teacher, for the choice of screenings to which the students will attend, aware that the films will be unpublished and without exploitation visa (some films may be prohibited to under 16 years of age when released in theaters)”. Word completed by the list of students who will attend the sessions. Without this certificate, registration cannot be taken into account.

Cannes Écrans Juniors

Cannes Cinéma does not forget middle school students (from 13 years old) thanks to Cannes Écrans Juniorsfrom 21 to 24 May 2024… 

Please note that places reserved by school groups will only be insured up to 15 minutes before the start of the session. I therefore take responsibility, together with the accompanying teacher, for choosing the screenings to which the students will attend, aware that the films are intended for an audience over the age of 13. ‘ Word completed by the list of students who will attend the sessions. Without this certificate, registration cannot be taken into account

The Quinzaine des Cinéastes is the only section of Cannes to open its doors to the general public through a subscription system and ticket sales at the screening.

– Single tickets can be purchased ON SITE at the counters located (info to come) from Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 10:00 am and from May 16 to 26, 2024 from 8:15 am to 7 pm.

 – Tickets can also be booked ONLINE

  1. Create an account on the festival ticket office ;
  2. Sign in, indicate the dates when you will be present at the festival and then in the menu at the top left, click on «Purchase of Fortnight tickets» to buy credits;
  3. You can then book your sessions using these credits.

    For accredited cinephiles, if you want to buy tickets in addition to your accreditation you will have to create a consumer account with a different email address than the one used for your Cannes Cinephiles accreditation.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

La Quinzaine does not hold presales. Each ticket is valid for a session identified within the limit of available seats. The reservation is open four days before the session Unused tickets will not be refunded. The entrance is done up to 20 minutes before the beginning of the session.

Tickets are reserved exclusively for the Théâtre Croisette at the JW Marriott, the Arcades cinema and the Olympia cinema. The other cinemas are accessible thanks to accreditations issued by the Cannes cinephiles scheme.
